CRO Audit for Shopify Stores by No Mercy Audit · Last updated July 2026
1. What we collect
When you order an audit we collect: your email address, your store URL, an optional storefront password you choose to share, your answers to optional qualification questions, and payment confirmation details from Stripe (we never see or store your card number).
2. How we use it
We use your information to produce and deliver your audit report, to send you order and delivery emails, and - where you have not opted out - to send relevant follow-up emails about your results and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
3. Your storefront data
The audit reviews your publicly accessible storefront pages (plus password-protected pages where you provide the password). Page snapshots and screenshots are retained to support your report and our quality review. Storefront passwords are stored encrypted and used only to access your store for the audit.
4. Processors we rely on
Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails may be managed through Klaviyo. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel, Render, and Neon (PostgreSQL). Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data, or a copy of it, at any time by emailing seaside@seasideapps.co - we respond within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these.
