What we collect
The store data you connect or import (reviews, analytics, session behavior, surveys and similar), plus your account details. We only collect what’s needed to produce your insights.
How we use it
To analyze your store and generate hypotheses for your account only. Your data is never shared across stores or sold, and it is not used to train third-party models beyond producing your results.
Personal data in imports
Reviews, chats and support tickets can contain customer names, emails or order numbers. No Mercy Audit scrubs personal contact details before analysis, and stored credentials are encrypted at rest.
Your controls
You can delete a store and all of its data — including connected credentials — from Settings at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
