1. The service
No Mercy Audit analyzes your connected store data and generates conversion-optimization hypotheses. It is a decision-support tool; the recommendations it produces are yours to evaluate and act on.
2. Your account & data
You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect, and for having the right to share the data you import. Your data is scoped to your account and used only to produce your insights.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
